"The scent was just too much for me"
I ordered from josiemaran.com expecting the smell to be light and subtle, but it was way stronger than I thought it would be. It had this sweet, oily kind of scent that stuck around on my skin for hours, and after a while it actually gave me a headache.
I tried using a smaller amount the next day thinking maybe I just overdid it, but nope, it still bothered me. I’m sure some people might be into that kind of fragrance, but it totally ruined the product for me. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"I actually like the product well enough, but..."
I actually like the product well enough, but the subscription part was seriously frustrating to manage.
I tried to skip a shipment, and it really wasn’t clear whether the change went through or not. Then I got charged anyway and had to reach out to support, which was annoying. It took a few days to get a real response, so that made the whole thing feel even more irritating.
It’s definitely not the worst company or anything, but the account page needs some work. I just wanted to handle my order normally without having to chase emails back and forth.

"Bad packaging really made me lose trust"
My order arrived with the box completely crushed and one of the lids loose, so there was product all over inside the mailer. For what I paid, I expected it to be packed way better. Customer service was slow to respond too, which didn’t help. It’s hard to trust ordering from them again if this is how they ship things.

I really wanted to like this, but the texture was just too thick for me. It kind of sat on top of my skin and took forever to absorb, which made me wonder if I’d been fooled by all the good reviews. It’s not the worst thing I’ve tried, but it definitely wasn’t my favorite.

The ingredients just didn’t feel very fresh or special. I’ve been dealing with a lot of hit-or-miss service lately, so I didn’t even feel like making a big deal out of it, but yeah, this one was disappointing...

"Delivery Took Forever"
I actually Like the products, but the delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking barely Updated, and my order showed up later than it was supposed to. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it still felt like I had to keep Chasing for answers. Not a terrible experience overall, just kinda disappointing
"Didn't feel worth the gamble for me"
I gave the argan oil and body butter a fair try for a few weeks, but I just didn’t notice any real improvement. At first my skin felt kind of greasy, which made me a little cautious about using too much, and then an hour later it felt dry again anyway.
For the price, I expected a lot more, and I don’t like taking chances on products that may or may not work when they cost this much. Maybe it’s great for someone else, but for me it felt like money down the drain, so I won’t be buying it again

"Shade was way off..."
I ordered from josiemaran.com and really thought the shade would work based on the pictures... but it ended up being way darker and kind of orange on my skin. The online shade guide wasn’t much help either. I actually don’t mind how the product feels, which makes it more frustrating, because I can’t really wear it. Annoying considering the price.

"Good deal if you catch a sale"
I ordered once it gave me the impression this place is solid overall. A few things are a bit expensive at full price, but when there’s a sale, the quality makes it feel worth it. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. Based on my experience, I’d definitely buy again — I’d just probably wait for a discount.

so it felt nice when I first put it on, but my skin got dry again quickly. It just didn’t give me enough hydration, which was kind of disappointing.

The package did arrive, but it took quite a bit longer than I was hoping. Everything was fine once it got here, I just wish the shipping had been a little faster.

"Slow support and no real accountability"
I reached out to customer service expecting some basic help, but it took way too long to get a reply. When they finally did respond, it felt rushed and didn’t really solve anything. I get that delays happen, but they should at least own it and make a real effort to fix the issue instead of leaving customers hanging.
